Domestic Abuse
Caring Unlimited Emgergency Shelter Program
Temporary safe haven and support services for individuals in York County who need to flee their homes to become safe from domestic abuse
The shelter is a community living home that provides emergency safe housing and basic needs such as food, personal care items and resources for transportation. Shelter residents receive individualized safety planning assistance, advocacy, and group supportive services while at shelter.
Each year approximately 100 families who are unsafe in their own homes find safe haven and supportive services at Caring Unlimited's Emergency Shelter.
